Who we are?
The Late Al-Hajj Swaleh Ahmed, son of Late Khalilur Rahman, a prominent businessperson founded Sasco Overseas corporation in 1962 as trading company.
Following Swaleh Ahmed’s death in 1998, his two sons Rais Ahmed and Parvez Ahmed took over the management and founded Mutual Group. MUTUAL GROUP of companies is based on the port city of Chittagong. We have started the Custom’s Clearance & Shipping related business, since 1992 with careful handling carrying all sorts of Imports & Exports cargo all over the Bangladesh.

We are successfully working for Government, Semi Government and
Multinational Companies including Private Organizations with their
entire satisfaction. We are prompt well equipped, properly manned and fast in rendering services.
